This was a Christmas with a difference! We arrived to scorching weather which turned to torrential rain on Christmas Day. We spent the afternoon in our tent which unfortunately started to develop leaks in multiple places. In its defence I think most tents would have given up the battle as the rain never let up - but after a challenging night, we admitted defeat and packed up and went home.
